Guiberson Law Offices, p.l.c. is a national civil and criminal litigation consulting  practice.

Our criminal  litigation predominantly involves cases of federal and state undercover operations, electronic surveillance, or audio and videotape evidence. We also accept cases dealing with crimes in the internet or other computer networks, encryption, or with prosecutions relying upon the interception of digital voice communications, computer communications, or the interception, search and seizure of any form of digital information.

Our consulting practice involves civil or criminal cases that relate to these practice areas and all  cases--civil and  criminal--of such scale or complexity that they require the design, development, and management of computer litigation support and courtroom presentation technology. We develop "turnkey" litigation computing operations for large document and data-intensive cases, and also serve as consultants to other lawyers and law firms who may have undertaken such projects in-house or on behalf of multiple defendants' or plaintiffs' counsel.

We work with attorneys who refer cases to us or seek our assistance in cases they expect to try. We are retained to participate either as consultants during the preparatory phases before trial only, or to participate in both trial preparation and trial.

As an attorney of record, we undertake only criminal cases and represent our clients only in collaboration with the referring lawyer or law firm, or with local counsel of our own choosing. We prefer team representation of clients and welcome joint-defense representation of multiple defendants when employed in a consulting capacity in criminal cases.

In civil cases, we are available only as consulting attorneys or as trial advocates in association with other civil litigators. We do not accept civil cases except on a consulting basis or as co-counsel with a referring civil litigator or law firm.
